Introduction
Welcome to Temple View Hotel. By booking a room or using our website/services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking Policy
- All bookings are subject to availability
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact details
- Booking confirmation is valid only after successful payment (if applicable)
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 10:00 AM
- Check-out time: 9:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable
Payment Policy
- Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking
- We accept Cash, UPI, and Card payments
- All applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations
Cancellation & Refund
- 100% refund if cancelled 7 days before check-in
- 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must carry a valid government ID proof at check-in
- Guests are responsible for maintaining decorum and respecting hotel property
- Any damage to hotel property will be charged
Children Policy
- Children up to 5 years: Free stay (without extra bed)
- Additional charges apply for extra beds and older children
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking inside rooms (unless permitted)
- Illegal activities or behavior disturbing other guests
- Use of hotel property for unlawful purposes
Modification of Terms
Temple View Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
